When do Usps ship?

I just bought season 1 of tru calling at wherehouse.com. It was used-and the website didnt say when it will be sent to me, but i did read that usd items take about 72 hours to ship, and i guess its shipping through usps--i ordered it sat--so will i get it on tuesday or will they start the shipping process on monday?
