My guy is promiscuous. I'm worried about catching something?

Wowsers!! What about risking bringing something back to your husband??? Did that ever cross your mind?? You should really consider stopping the relationship with the extra guy on the side. Your married and he's single...you can't very well ask him to be exclusive to you when your not to him.
