11 day old baby goes 4 hour stretches of sleeping during the day, and not sleeping at night?

My 11 day old baby will go 2-4 hour stretches at night wide awake and all he wants to do is nurse, I know I make enough milk and most of the time all he wants to do is suck. I've introduced a pacifier but he'll only use it for about 10 minutes and still be frustrated. I'm exhausted, any tips.
