What can i do about my accusation?

Just stick to the truth and you should be fine. If it didn't happen then don't get all mad or anxious during the interview and they won't think it happened. The only way to pull the ual harment card in this case would be if they fired you without any hard evidence. Also you'd have to look at whether or not the complainant is a valued employee sometimes in these cases they get the higher hand. If you did it shame on you! If not then don't sweat it.
