To all of you Brit's out there...?

I bought some Golden Syrup from the UK (American here no one has heard of it, not even on the import shelves in the grocery store) for a recipe for honeycomb candy (aka seafoam) last Christmas. I bought two cans and have one left. What should I do with it, what are your favorite uses for Lyle's Golden Syrup.
