How to open a business in Columbia, SC? I am completely serious.?

I heard that the area i am at does not have a roller rink, this means in-line skaters don't have a place to skate. Does anyone in Yahoo answers that lives in the Columbia, SC area think that there is a market for a roller skate rink that would include a small concession stand with eating area, arcade with pool tables, various console games, WiFi for laptops, Some computer consoles to play World of War-craft and other online games for a small hourly or daily fee. Additionally maybe I can include an area for BMX stunt bikers, and skate boarders as well that would be separate from the in-line skaters/roller skaters area. I was thinking of sole proprietor, or perhaps going as an LLC. because I doubt I would get enough business to expand into needing a switch to being Incorporated. I would probably pursue being Incorporated unless I was or am going to open at least 4 locations to do this stuff. I want to start with 1 location and if support is there expand as demand dictates. I would be looking to start this venture in Mid-to-late-April 2010 so about the middle of next month when tax season is finishing up. On the Internet computer consoles I would also have printing/faxing services available for a predetermined fee.
