What's that song that goes WOOHOO.?

Hey, what's that song that says a bunch of words and then goes Wooo Hoo like every 45 seconds. It's a rock song and it's quiet singing for a while and then every 30-45 seconds it breaks out into a loud song. They play it sometimes at the Red Sox and other sporting events i'm guessing. But the only words I can make out are woo hoo. Thanks.
