What are Libs Plan B now that the GOP has agreed to Tea Party to gut 60 billion from Obama's proposed budget?

Their Plan B is to complain that $60 Billion is nothing more than a drop in the bucket (instead of a place to start) and that the Tea Party is in actuality doing nothing in order to try and make the Tea Party look bad. We all know that were the proposed cuts deeper the Left would be whining like a baby with a wet diaper.
