Is there any latest info on bio shock 2 sea of dreams ?

Just wondering haven't heard anything myself since the teaser trailer got released. The fisrt was amazing also what do you guys think will be better doing a sequel or a prequel i think it would be more interesting doing a prequel showing you how rapture got the way it was showing you more areas this game will be amazing either way :D
