Warn him, if he does something stupid like drinks or smokes and gets caught he can get an MIP. I have a friend that got one, he just got off probation two months ago, he had it for two years. He spent over 5000 dollars in drug testing and court cases. Just tell him that these things can happen. He may stop, he may not.
