Periods Need Advice is it normal?

can periods make you 2nd guess yourself and change mind about somthing even though you no its not right im 13 ive already started but it hasnt regulated yet so ill have cramps and come early and stuff but this period is making me second guess myself of like who i am and who i like and i feel kind of depressed is this normal i need expert help please
