In Julius Caesar why does Cius need Brutus in the conspericy?

Brutus is a well-respected member of the community. Cius knows that the whole plan will be better accepted by the public if Brutus is in on the plan. He thinks people will be less likely to riot once Caesar is dead if Brutus is a member of the conspiracy
