Do you like ugly guys?

I got sensitive throbbing pimples bubbling near my jawline and nose. I've been described as cross between a mutated falcon and morose cheetah. And my teeth are as bad as jigsaw puzzle pieces. I have no eyebrows and sometimes use eyeliner to make them look decent (i'm a male) and my ears are as big as soggy pancakes. Any hope?
